RE:Grand Opening/(a large part of the) Block Party/Open House for INDUSTRY SHOWROOM
The creative business incubator space with a retail floor and art gallery adjacent to San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter
The evening will begin at 7 and last till 11ish
Wine, Vodka, Tequila, will be hosted by U4Rik, the Wine Bank, Clase Azul Tequila, and Lions Wines
Food tastings from the Palm, Fleetwood, and Broken Yolk
Except THAT didn't work out. Super special thanks to the Broken Yolk, Rockin' Baja Lobster, Dik's Last Resort, and all of our shops that brought extra food and drink.
Fleetwood? Wow. Weird and... nevermind.
Music provided by DJ Dale Siebert with event being video recorded for broadcast on SDOnlineRadio.com. There will also be short sets throughout the night by instrumentalist Horacio Jones.
LIVE ART will be created by Rick Bliss. Rick’s unique body-painting/paint capture technique will be demonstrated on a model provided by FIT Athletic Club. His artwork will also be on display and available for purchase.
Short independent films will be shown throughout the night in our community space, Industry Event Center. Films provided by our in-house collaborators, the Mental Eclectic film group.
